Any feedback on WebEx?

I'd love to hear feedback on your experiences with WebEx. I am looking to use it both for small internal Web meetings for less than 25 people and for larger informational Webinars with up to 100 members of our association. (They customized a package for me so I'll have both their larger Event Center and smaller Meeting Center).
