Best Audio Hosting Website

I use Blogger but am having difficulty finding the best website to host audio (mp3's) to embed into Blogger. It is really irritating to have to use an outiside source to embed audio for podcasting. Any suggestions on how to do that or which website is the best to use to host audio?

Here are a couple of possibilities:

Myna - a brand new online equivalent of Garage Band... records audio, edits, download MP3s, EMBED code link to MP3s, and more: http://aviary.com/tools/myna (Not sure about storage limits)

divshare - A good file storage site (5 GB), gives EMBED code to embed audio with player into your blog - record your audio with Audacity or any audio editor, upload to this site - http://www.divshare.com/
