Best Digital Cameras for Elementary Students

I am looking to purchase a set of 6-8 digital cameras for my teachers to check out and use with their students.  I have a very tiny budget and am really hoping "less is more."  Can anyone recommend a durable, simple, low-cost digital camera that would be easy for a 1st-4th grader to use?  Many thanks!
