Best place to purchase a Mac

I am interested in purchasing either a Macbook or an iMac for myself and was wondering what the best place was to purchase one of these.

There is only one place: www.apple.com

They offer a discount to all educators. Select Store -> Education store and then follow the prompts from there.

Apple.com. But go to the refurb. section. Same warranty as new.

Oops! I just bought a 27" iMac. The screen is like a football field. I LOVE IT but I could have saved a few more dollars. I'll remember next time.
