Full Session Description (as long as you would like):  Building a course social environment using Oxwall software, has allowed students to join a semester long conversation about biology.  Using a framework based on Massive Open Online Classes (MOOC), students are encouraged to daily think about biology and work on understanding specific topics.  Daily blogs are used to construct milestone essays, which in turn are used for a final reflective paper on their individual learning experiences in biology.
