Bullying
I was wondering if anyone had any useful strategies for diffusing and preventing bullying in the classroom? How can we support both the victim of bullying as well as try to reform or correct the behavior of the bully?

Strategies to support victim of bullying:
- I feel the victim needs lot of emotional support in such scenario, ensuring its not overdone.
- Helping the victim build confidence to face the crowd by motivating.
- One need to be approachable enough so that victim can lean on you for any moral or emotional support.
