Capturing Writing/Drawing to Video Easily and Effectively

I decided to build a jig so that I can easily video writing being done on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper. The jig works with a flip HD video camera. (It would be nice if Flip would produce a jig for doing this. I'm sure they could make it inexpensively and it would allow any teacher with a flip to quickly and easily capture whatever they can write on a piece of paper. If you agree please consider contacting flip to encourage them to produce such a product.)

This is one method that will allow teachers to easily produce content for online courses. After capturing the video I import it into iMovie, do whatever minor editing is needed, and export it at 960x540 (the highest of the built in iMovie share settings). I then upload it to YouTube and grab the embed code. All of this is really easy to do. Anyone else capturing this kind of video?
