Classes designed in Blackboard available for exchange/purchase?

I'm curious if any teachers who use Blackboard have heard of a repository (or school systems) that make already designed classes available (either in the spirit of the Creative Commons or for sale)?

I'm transitioning into a new position (eLearning course developer) and seeing what's out there (perhaps something as handy as Moodle's Course Exchange)?
