Connecting School & Home

How do you foster good communication between home and school? I'm looking for suggestions of tools and resources that lead to strong connections and productive dialogue about everything from homework help to resource needs for the classroom. Thanks for sharing ideas--I'll post results.

I am glad to see teachers making this a priority and finding new ways to reach out to parents. I think strong school to home relationships can really make a big difference! Good luck.
