'cool' smartboard uses in the classroom

Hey All- I'm new to the site, and glad to be networking with other tech teachers. I'm a k-2 Art teacher in IL. I was curious what software/apps do you run on your smartboards that make good use of the touch/wow factor of interactive white-boards?

I don't know if this counts as a "touch" wow factor but I did just discover you can do "Green Screen" stuff with your IWB. I think it would be cool to have an art show with the students in front of the louvre in Paris... And it is rather easy to do.
