I love the way you've used rss on this site.
I'm quite new to this - so apologies if some of these questions seem a little dumb.
The site I've created (woodleigh.ning.com) is an extranet for our parents and older pupils at school. It has to be a private site to comply with UK data protection on holding data etc.

I want to create a homework section which can be regularly updated and have an rss feed which can be displayed as a "latest homework" on the front page of the ning, and possibly other websites, such as the main school site. Questions - 1 - is a blog or a forum better for this? 2 - I can't get the rss feed to work - is this because the site is private - is there a step by step workaround for this? 3 - How do you get those nice little rss logo links at bottom of each page?

Any help much appreciated

As far as I know there isn't a way to get RSS feeds from a private site. If there's a work around I haven't found it yet.
