Critical Reading

Dear colleagues:
I'd like to share my inquirey with you.
At the moment I am thinking of this question " Is it possible to increase critical reading skills with young learners in FL? If Yes, how? What skills come in priority? Is also possible to try this in reading circles with students of mixed abilities?
