Cyberethics-Student permission for security and safety

I would love some feedback and ideas re: following areas-:
1. I am wondering what resources, unit plans teachers may have to cover the 'permission side' of cybersafety?(i.e. security and socially)
2. How are schools mangaging cybersafety on a whole school scale.i.e. scope'n'sequence ? What does this program look like?
