Disruptive Behaviours

Dear colleagues, I am doing a research on behavioral problems and I would like to know how would you deal with young children from about 4-7 if they display the following behaviors a) hyperactivity  b) Oppositional behavior and Defiant behaviour.  Please respond asap.  Thank you.
