I like that - very clear and many good points.

I follow the universities on Twitter / Facebook attended by my children out of interest (am a UK teacher as well as Mum!) it is interesting to see how well they can promote themselves using social media..

Though, social media is very effective for businesses as they helps to engages customers, accelerating their learning and boost in building trust and value to the business when done in right direction. However, it can also backfire or ruins the business if not followed properly.
