Edmodo help

I am doing a scavenger hunt type lesson for a college class using an online classroom. We decided on Edmodo, and I have been playing around on the site to better understand it. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or information about Edmodo they might be willing to share? Any and all information is welcome. Thanks!
