In Brazil the reality of the use of informatics in education and price, to say the availability of access to internet. The government denies the people of poor access to information, thus keeping the people in a "cage information" of a dictatorship implicitly. The public universities are almost restricted access to the youth of middle and upper classes, still lack the infrastructure depreciates training. The private universities are guided by the capitalist spirit, more students and less quality, and thus moving the country towards the abyss of potential.
