eLearning 101 courses?

Hi everyone,
I am in the middle of planning an introduction to eLearning course as part of a school-wider roll out of a new learning management system. It will;
discuss the basics of what eLearning is
touch on pedagogy and approaches to teaching online
show examples of content rendered in varying technology enhanced delivery methods
Demonstrate in context selected social web tools and
also allow staff to make practical use the tools within the LMS as part of their learning.

I would appreciate any links to openly available eLearning intro courses and suggestions from anyone who might have designed a similar course. I'm at a distance education school btw.
