Engrade

Can someone please tell me how to make report cards from our engrade records. We will be using engrade schoolwide this year and I have to figure out how to make report cards (6 grades, different teachers). Excel is not my friend, so any step by step help would be most appreciated!

I'm not sure if this will help, but I've used it for a couple of years with 8 grades. I did all the grade myself except one. With the one grade that I didn't do myself, I manually entered it. First I set up a gradebook for that class then at the top of the page it has a button that says manually enter and I put all the grades in. When that is finished I went back to the my classes page and clicked on multiclass reports at the bottom of the page.
I'm may be doing something different from what you need, but I hope this helps.
