Hi!
I'm starting the e-portfolio at my school. It's still a pilot project where I use weebly as it offers simple and friendly use for teachers uploading stuff.
However, as the pilot project started, I started to have a confusion on having the policy of e-portfolio towards parents. The policy that I mean here is whether we need to write a contract signed by parents or it is safe enough to upload any materials selected from students works as long as we do not put any detail information, pictures of students, or any information that can lead into opening one's identity. A friend of mine,an integrator, Jane Ross told me that I have to make a kind of agreement letter signed by parents. I agree with her. Please visit the e-portfolio (the prototype - using the free version from weebly that is not protected by password) and tell me what you think. Please click the link here. Thanks.

regards,

Hugo
