I have always used Zamzar for my file conversions from You Tube etc. but for the last several weeks I cannot access it. Does anyone have other suggestions that I can use?

Here is a link to a free download that I have used if you are interested in doing the conversion on your computer rather than online: http://lifehacker.com/218253/download-of-the-day-any-video-converte...

Another free local option is: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

Online options are:
Zamzar seems to be working for me...but...

For youtube try kickyoutube.com
I use http://keepvid.com/
to convert videos and save them for inserting into Notebook files-
it is easy and works well for myself and my teachers
I just used Zamzar on Thursday and it worked fine, wonder where the snafu is?
It might be the fact I am in China and am using a proxy but I can get on the site but nothing shows up. Very confusing.
Really? Then you can answer my question! Is http://voicethread.com/ blocked in China?
Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. We are getting ready for a week's holiday due to the National Day (October 1st) celebrations so I will see what I can do during that time. By the way, I am in China and the holiday is huge here as it is the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Watch your news channels because it will be an incredible celebration - even bigger than the Olympics.
Have you looked at keepvid.com, Miro, clipnabber.com, kickyoutube, or save2pc ?
