My 7th grade science class is growing some plants, keeping track of data for future graphing in Excel. I am also having them take a picture from the exact same location each day. I would like them to be able to animate the pictures sort of like a flipbook to make a short time-lapse video of the plant growth.

It would need to be web based and I don't have Macs. I know how to do this in iMovie or Final Cut. I also don't have Windows Movie Maker on these computers and my IT people said it wouldn't happen anytime soon (would have to be place back in the image to be updated in August).

Any ideas?

Do you have PowerPoint? This is a neat approach:

I always forget about PowerPoint. I do have it in our lab. I think it'll do for the project I have in mind. Thanks.
If you do not have PPT, try http://www.slide.com/
