Hello Dr. Indrani, Formative Assessment,it sounds good but are our teacher well-versed for assessing the students;Student psychology or you can say child psychology here matters and the teachers who were considered "Guru" in past now-a-days have changed a lot because of professional attitude ,now the sentiments towards students have shaped in a different way,and for them who are truly professional now where the money matters,assessing students is little bit complicated.But over all formative assessment is good for knowing everything about our new generation.If we work hard to get the real outcome then its great for nation building.Thanks
