Hi all
this message to request your opinion on this topic:
The use of Google Apps (Docs, Notes, Reader; Groups... ) in an formal-informal learning environment with adult learners.

If anyone uses these tools, could him provide suggestions or hints?

My opinion at the moment is that: these kind of applications are very interesting but the functionality related to tracking users activities, is very poor for educational objectives.
Isn't it?

Thanks in advance
sara

Slightly off what you were after - but I use these apps with my high school classes and think that the greatest aspect is students engagement, information and accountability.

My kids get SMS from google when we have tests (and subsequently RSVP) and complete 90% of their assignments on Google Docs. You can track the revisions in google Docs so you can see who has done what...and when!

If you want to , you can also use google analytics to track website usage.

I am a mad fan of google in any educational context.
