Hi all -

We're going to try our first major PBL environment this Fall (http://lanierhs.org/cdat).

It's like a magnet school within a school, and the focus is on creativity, arts and technology, from graphic design to hardcore engineering.

I'm going to give all kids a Google Apps for Ed account, with tons of tools.  My question:  do you think something like "How do I use my Google Apps for my projects?" would be a meaningful first project?

By the end, they should know what we expect from them when we say "deliver a project":  the documentation, etc.  We're learning about how to document, track, and produce a project in Google Apps, using Google Apps.

Our 3 classes that are integrated in this class are Language Arts, Digital Art and Web Technologies.  We have 9th graders for 3 hours, one-to-one computing.

Thanks for any input, or send on questions!

Mike

Did you take a look at Manymoon? I've worked with it some... but it sounds like what you are looking for. Let me know if it is or not.
