I am trying to get it more integrated into the online school that I use. I also use it for taking notes with the Teacher organization. It was a nightmare to email the notes to the president and other board members and have them either email me back with corrections (or more likely not get back to me) or even worse making the corrections on the word document and trying to figure out which one was the latest version. With google docs, I always have the latest version and it can't get lost. With the online school we submit our attendance hours through a google doc, it is always updated that way. I also am starting something new where I am making a folder per student. I made one overall folder and am sharing that folder with all the teachers, then they can submit work samples and documents about each student in the subfolders. They are automatically made a collaborator on the subfolders, so that is really handy.
