Google docs vs. Wiki docs

If Google docs has the ability of taking the information converting it into a RTF or Word documents, than what are the benefits of Wiki docs over Google docs?

What do you mean by "Wiki docs"? I know what a wiki is, but are you talking about a specific site, or are you talking about wikis in general?

Wiki is like a 'doc', but it's not a doc; it's like an instant webpage. So depending on what benefits you are looking at, then Wiki can be of more benefits compared to Google docs.
