Hi all,

This looks like a great community and an excellent place to share experiences.
A quick question for the more experienced educators out there:
What is the best way to form groups for face to face classes? Should we let the students form their groups on their own? Allocate them randomly? or Hand pick them according to field, interest so on...?

Do not let them decide their groups on their own in an elementary school curriculum. Because then they will have this tendency to stick on to the ones they are close with, leaving some neglected! Allocate them randomly. Children of different tastes and interests should come together in one group so that their ideas would blend in and produce better results!
