Guide to defeating an awakened empire?

Hi,

So there is this jingoistic reclaimer AFE so far they are destroying everything and will soon be next, the longer I wait the larger their fleets become, I am probably the only empire that could take them on at this time but I do not know where to strike, any tips? Anyone?
Please help.
