My senior team is now being asked to document everything we do with our seniors in order to encourage a higher passing rate.

We have included the following:

Google Documents
Turnitin.com
Twitter
Wikispaces

Phone calls and emails home
Planning for post graduation jobs/education etc.

Does anyone else have some ideas we can use to encourage these seniors to graduate?
These area mainly middle to lower class families, including all the large demographic groups in the U.S.

Constant feedback always seems to work best, which it sounds like you are already doing.  My school shows career choices and pay scales of people who graduate from high school and move on to higher education vs. people who do not graduate from high school.  It may sound corny but it really does get students thinking about their future.  If you don't have the resources to put on an assembly you could make it a project that they have to reseach and find the results on their own.
