How can I find and connect my students to an international classroom for collaboration progects?

I am looking for a easy way to find international or domestic   classrooms to collaborate and share projects and ideas using web 2.0 resources.  I would love to hear other teacher’s experiences ..the good and the bad.

we've had incredible experiences with uganda and cape town via Noble Kelly and Sharon Peters with education beyond borders and just by fluke with croatia. @abfromz has an incredible glogster site - that might be a great first step.

student 2.0 is a great place for connections as well. epals if your kids are young....
Edublogs has a student blogging challenge that might be nice.

There is always Langwitches Around the World with 80 Schools,

Edublogs also has a list of schools you can skype with. I missed it before, just noticed it now.
ePals is a global community where you can connect your students to classrooms all over the United States and the world. They include ideas for collaborative lessons on the site, too.
