How to avoid drug Abuse and school drop out

Drug use or drug  abuse is a major problem affecting schools. A huge number of high school students are hooked up on drugs they often miss classes or have a deviant behavior in the classroom, disturbing both teachers and other learners. how we as educators can intervene on this problem and help students to find other hobbies other than using drugs and hanging out with deviant peers after school, which lead them to dropping  out of school.
