For an iPad press the home and power buttons simultaneously and a photo of your screen will be saved to your picture app.

On Apple computers, you use the Command button, the shift button and either the number key 3 or 4. If you use Command+shift+3, it will take a whole screen grab, or if you use Command+shift+4, you can control how much of the screen you'd like to take. The screenshots will automatically upload to your Desktop.

This is how you can create a screen shot on an iPad. First locate the power button and the home button. Then hold them together at the same time and you are done.

If you have a pc, you can do this to take a screen shot:

Press the "prt sc" key on the key board.  Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner.  Search "Snipping Toll" and open it.  Highlight the area and press save.

If you have a Mac and you need to take a screen shot you would follow these steps:

-push command

-shift

-3

Push all of them at the same time!

For a Mac, you hold down command shift and #3 or #4 keys. #3 takes a picture of the whole screen whereas #4 lets you take a picture of what you want.

If you have a PC, you can either use the "prt sc" button and copy it into any document, or you should go on the windows button and search for the snipping tool. Then you can highlight part of your screen and post it.

To create a screenshot on an Aspire One PC click the little button marked PrtSc in the upper right-hand corner.

5. end the selection

6. look at your creation!

If you are using a Mac you hit Command+Shift+3 (or 4).  If you use 3 it will take a picture of the entire screen, but if you use 4 you can highlight a certain part of the image that you would like to capture.
