How to get a teaching job?

Hey all,

I'm looking around for different teaching jobs around California (probably the Bay but maybe LA).  What sites do you go look for jobs?  So far I found edjoin.org and demolesson.com.  Are there are others?

And do you have any advice of what I should send schools?  Is my resume enough?
