Hello, I am a high school Spanish teacher that teaches Spanish I, II, & III and our school is looking to refresh our technology for the upcoming school year.  Are there any HS Spanish teachers that are using iPads in their classrooms and if so, how have they been successful for you??

we got iPads at our school in November. I am struggling to use it as much as possible. the best ap I have found of flashcards is flashcards+. there are great videos on YouTube to teach grammar, vocabulary and culture. you can download the videos and send them to your students via email. just make sure you are not violating any copywrite laws. of course the students can download Spanish dictionaries. the downfall of the iPad is that you can't use anything that uses adobe flashplayer. my Spanish book is Avancemos and the online site is almost entirely flashplayer based. before your school adopts iPads they should be aware of this. want to chat more? nforster@fvdistrict221.org
