I have been laid off--so I started a blog

I, along with many other teachers in my school district, have been laid off for the following school year.  The situation in educational funding is a full scale crisis.  I have started a blog which right now has a single post, but I hope to reflect and share upon my experiences as well as share stories of others across the country.  If you have a story to share, please email me via the contact info at the blog, or leave comments there.  Share this blog with your contacts, friends, fellow teachers, and hopefully together we can all hope raise awareness.
