I need feedback from teachers

I'm managing this site which is exclusively for teachers. It is www.teacher2school.com At the moment, I'm not promoting it, :-) but would just like some feedback, advice, opinions, or any combination thereof. Do I have the right features that you as a teacher would like to see/ read about? Am I missing something? Any feedback would be appreciated heaps!
