Instructional Technology Audit/Evaluation Tools

Hi everyone.

I have recently been asked to visit a group of schools to "audit" / "evaluate" each one and their use of technology across grades, teams, curriculum areas, etc.

I have done this informally (very informally) for a long time but I am wondering if there are any tools that are perhaps more structured which you'd recommend.

I'd like to adapt some existing tools that look at teacher, administrative, and student use of technology.

Any ideas or recommendations would be much appreciated.
