Looking to hear about success stories involving ipads in the classroom.  Also, what snags have you encountered?  How do you handle word processing and printing?

This Classroom 2.0 thread has a ton of great suggestions and links about using the iPad in classrooms.

I suggest going completely to the cloud for any kind of software needs. I'm pretty sure that's what we'll all be doing in a few years' time (no more bulky hard drives). So, for word processing, I'd use Google docs. Then, they can be accessed from other computers, if needed.

For printing, I'd open a Dropbox account and put anything I needed in there. Then, you could access it and print it from another computer (or a wireless printer).

Good luck!
