The child is manipulating a glass full of perfume. The curiosity is enormous, considering the fact that the kid is only 3 years old and had never held an object like that before. The mother is ready, in a hurry and she takes away the object from her child’s hands. She puts it on the shelf and says “Honey, mom’s in a hurry”. The child gets devastated, but the mom doesn’t regret, she even called him “honey”.

 

This mom, when trying to explain certain details in a contract with her boss, an important and busy lawyer, was surprised by his indelicate act when he took away the contract from her hands and said in a hash manner: “come on, I don’t have time for this details, give me this document right away and let me talk to the client”.

 

What’s the difference between these two situations?
