Kindles for Adult Book Club

We are starting a book club at our school and are looking to purchase 10 Kindles for the staff to "borrow" as they participate in the club. Looking for suggestions or resources to guide this purchase....best place for covers? Best practice for registering the devices or downloading books? Thanks in advance!

Did the same at my school. We set up two Google email accounts. We could purchase one book for 6 kindles(max). Individuals who wanted to buy their own book, would cancel their school account put in their own Amazon account and after the purchase they went back to the school account. Amazon does not accept Purchase orders for Kindles at this time.
