hie! im am a new teacher! so i seem to have a problem with my learners, so as a trained teacher, i know that if i face challenges in my profession, the best way is for me to do a research and try to findout what could be done to rectify the situation. but before you can go to the remedy,i guess you have to understand what you are dealing with and thats why i asked those questions.
