Hi All,
If interested, I have a project running with Kidlink International called Landmark 2010. It is an academic Internet game involving approx 60-70 teams from several countries. The idea is each team has a secret landmark, which they must describe with 9 clues. The clues are released 3 at a time over a 3 week period during which all teams are allowed one question per week. The question must be answerable with a Yes or No. There are two levels of play: Primary and Challenge. Primary has a few rules to foster success with the little kids, but Challenge is wide open - and the clues are sometimes nearly impossible to solve without diligent effort. What we do: work in collaborative teams, organize outgoing and incoming data, become experts with various search engines, decipher sometimes impossible clues, make contact with a large number of schools, communicate with skype if desired, and hopefully make make new friends for continued relationships and projects.
Enough explanation - if this sounds like you, here is the project web link which I am still populating with signups.
