I am looking for standardized simulation-based Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) competency exams for middle school students in Cooperative for Education (nonprofit) computer centers in rural Guatemala. We would like to ensure that our students are becoming competent in the skills we are teaching them. Many of our labs do not have internet access, so the test would have to be installed on the machines. Additionally, the test would have to be in Spanish.

Does anyone know of any tests that would be culturally appropriate, in Spanish, non-web-based, easily scored, and affordable for a nonprofit? I'm having a really hard time coming up with a good solution.

Thanks,
Ann
