Looking for Editors

I am a 7th grade English teacher looking to partner with students/editors for my students' writing assignments. My "ideal" situation would be for my students to write the essays throughout the year and have the same students/adults edit them each time. I have used Google Docs in the past and would like to incorporate video conferencing to help with this. We have access to H323 video conferencing equipment and/or Skype. We just need some volunteers.
