Does anyone know of a blog host that gives you password protection? I do not want users to have to set up a login I simply want it to have a password prompt before you can get in.

If there is a host that support Java that is probably enough but obviously if it is built in it would be easier, and therefore, better for me. So, if anyone knows of any (or an easy way to do it) help!

EDIT:
I found that using wordpress I can protect each blog entry. That is a step in the right direction and will work well enough for what I'm trying to do. Still, if there is a blog that I can pass protect the entire thing that would be even better.

WordPressMu has a plugin called more privacy that allows you to password protect blogs.

Wordpress itself has two plugins, one called Registered Users Only and another called Members Only.

Alternatively, you could password protect the directory if you use a cpanel enabled server or account.
Try one of these two, which may help
