I am the media specialist at a k-5 elementary in Springfield, Oregon.  Just this year I became the TAG coordinator in my building.  I am currently looking for math resources, math enrichment activities (preferably using technology), math blogs, math competitions, etc. for a 5th grade student.  I would like the activities to be challenging and creative.  Any ideas?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just created a Livebinder of all things for k-5 students. It's called Lower School Internet Shortcuts http://livebinders.com/play/play_or_edit?id=40095. Check it out.
Debra thank you for sharing all the great resources! This is a great resource not only for math, but for other subjects as well. The internet safety section has so many links. In the area of math, I think that for the particular student I have in mind "That Quiz" and "Number Gossip" will work well for him. Thanks again.
