Math Teachers using Blogger (or any blogging tool)

I am working with a math teacher who would like to have her students blog about the steps they take to answer an equation.  We are having problems getting the MathType to transfer into the blog.  Any ideas on how to do this?  Is anyone using a different tool that works well with MathType?

Any comments would be helpful.  Thanks!
