DEADLINE FOR MI DIARIO # 2 ENTRIES: Sunday October 13, 5pm.

Write a two-paragraph diary entry in Spanish answering and expanding on one of the sets of prompt questions below.

Your reflections will be graded according to quantity (minimum 200-250 words each) and quality of language, as well as on their content, vocabulary, and grammar.

- You must incorporate 4-5 NEW VOCABULARY WORDS FROM CHAPTER 2 in your response.

-Use the word count feature in Word to make sure you meet this requirement and the spelling/ grammar check.

Students also have to respond to at least one (1) classmate’s entry per blog before the subsequent entry. Each response should be between 75-100 words each.

DEADLINE FOR THE RESPONSE TO ONE CLASSMATE'S ENTRY: Sunday, October 20 at 5pm.

No assignments will be accepted after the published due date/time.

MI DIARIO 2 Prompt Questions:

¿Cuándo fue la primera vez que te sentiste parte de un grupo hispano? Explica por qué.

¿Cuándo aprendiste a hablar español? ¿E inglés? ¿Qué recuerdos tienes de tus experiencias con los dos idiomas?

¿Hay personas en tu familia que no hablan español? ¿Quiénes son? ¿Por qué no lo hablan?

¿Qué ventajas o desventajas sientes que hay de ser latino/a y vivir en los Estados Unidos? Explica con ejemplos.

la primera vez que me senti parte de el grupo hispano fue cuando fui a la escuela secundaria, donde a via una populacion de hispanso muy alta. conoci a mi mejor amiga Arielis siempre hablamos en espanol y los maestros no se molestaron por eso. yo empece hablar espanol cuando era muy ninia pero no lo habla va muy bien en ves de decir yo se yo decia yo sabe yo me confundia mucho por que en la primiaria solo se permitia hablar ingles.
