Online Class Newsletter

I would like to email a weekly class newsletter to the parents of my 10th grade English students.  However, I am afraid that some of their accounts will recognize this bulk email as spam and some parents will never see the newsletter for our class.  Any ideas on how to go about doing this so that all parents will receive the emailed newsletter for our class?  Obviously, I need to blind copy all the parents so as not to publish all of their email addresses.
